How we work
Though this is our livelihood, it’s also something that we are passionate about. We don’t mind putting in that little bit extra to make sure all of your concerns are taken into account, and to address any questions you might have at any point in the process.

When you contact us, the first thing we do is make an appointment to come to your location, at your convenience; that is to say, we can usually come as early as the following day, and are available evenings and weekends. If the situation is an emergency, or there is some other urgency, we can often arrange an appointment for that same day.

Face to face, we can then talk about all aspects of the work that needs to be undertaken, and we walk you through the entire process from start to finish. We’re able to answer any of your questions, and can even advise you on things that you might not have thought of.

In that same meeting, we are then able to offer you a quote on what the work will cost, with everything explained clearly and openly. Both the meeting and the drawing up of the quote are free, and there is no obligation expected on your part.

Once an offer is approved, we get to work right away, according to the time schedule we have set out. We usually finish our work the same day that we start, but only call a job ‘finished’ when you are happy with the end results; otherwise, we come back at no extra cost, until you are. No deposit is asked for, and payment is exchanged only once the work has been completed as agreed.

Moving or clearing a home is often an emotional affair. You might be moving into a smaller or bigger place after many years, or perhaps you have lost a parent or someone else close within the family. We understand your situation, and are there to make this process go quickly and efficiently, and we always do so taking great care. After making your wishes known to us in a personal conversation, you will receive an obligation free quote, so you know exactly what to expect.

Our name says it all: Woningontruiming Nu (which translates into “Home Clearance Now”). We pride ourselves on the speed we can undertake clearance and removals, without compromising quality or care for even a moment. We are available at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Often, when you call, we can already come by the next day. Once you have accepted our offer, we will do our utmost best to complete the work on the same day that we start.
Reliable
We can always be relied upon to work in a professional and discrete manner; if it is your desire, we can destroy any confidential information that we come across, both digital and on paper. If we find anything that might have emotional value for you, such as photos or letters, these will be kept and put aside for you to go over yourself.
Quality
We work only with professionals, and use only quality materials. Due to our extensive experience in clearance and removal, it is rare that we are faced with new surprises, so you can rest assured that the work will be completed to a high standard.
Responsible
If there are items or furniture that are still in a good state or condition, we always try to give them a second life. The majority of them will be donated to charity stores, however if there are items that hold particular value, we are able to discuss the possibility of purchasing them from you. This price will then be deducted from the cost for the overall work. All useless items, those that don’t hold value or are beyond repair, we will recycle in a sustainable manner.
