The time and manpower needed for a house clearance or removal, depends on many factors. The size of the house or building in question is an obvious one, but there are others: the quantity of items that need to be moved, if there are repairs that have to be undertaken, as well as the specifics of the property in question. A home located on the ground floor or easily accessible by elevator, for example, has different needs than one that might require a moving lift.
This is why we first come and talk to you about what needs to be done, all without charge, so we can understand the specifics of your situation. After knowing your needs, we can quickly put together a fair price for the work, and then offer you an obligation free quote. This way, you know exactly what the price of the work will be, ahead of time, and don’t have to worry about any hidden costs or surprises.
Often during this work, not all of the contents of the house join you as you move on to a new place. If this is the case, we can potentially buy certain items that hold value; the value of this will then be deducted from your invoice, in effect saving you money.

Before having to commit to anything, we always give you a free quote, so you know in advance exactly how much all the work will cost. When you call, we can usually come visit you the next day, at a time that is convenient to you. We talk you through the process, listen to your needs and wishes, and make an inventory based on exactly what needs to be done. You will then receive a clear offer detailing costs and procedure.
Indication of Prices
We are known for our competitive rates. To give you an impression, here you’ll find a global indication for different types of removals:
Care room / nursing home, 20 – 25m²
€250 – €350
Apartment, 45 – 75m²
€600 – €850
Single family home, 75 – 100m²
€850 – €1250
Large house, 100 – 200m²
€1250 – €3000
In addition, it may be necessary to use a box truck or moving lift.

Some Points to Consider
Because of the wide array of factors in determining the cost of our work, we always prefer to visit the property in person to make a proper estimate. That way you have a clear idea of the cost and know exactly what to expect. Visiting your property is free of charge, and the quote we offer is obligation free.
Here are some things that should be considered:
- If the home is located on the ground floor, and if it is accessible by either stairs or an elevator.
- How many rooms there are in the property, the size and layout, and condition.
- The amount of items within the property, their condition, and what is to be done with them.
- If all of the items are to be cleared, or if we are purchasing some of them.
- How much restoration work needs to be done.
- The type of floor to be removed; if the carpet or other flooring is glued-down, for example.
- If there is also a shed or garage to be cleared.
