4) You will receive a customized quote from us, competitively priced and fair. If you approve the offer, we will arrange a day for the work, at your convenience.
5) Our team gets to work on the task at hand; we are usually able to finish the work within a single day.
6) We do the post-inspection together. Sometimes, the real estate agent or housing cooperative might also need to be present. You have our guarantee that the building will be approved, and if it isn’t, we will come back to sort out whatever is lacking; this, we conduct at no extra charge, and do at our own expense.
7) Afterwards, we will send you an invoice. You can pay this via the bank or, if necessary, in cash. You will not be expected to do this until the work is completed satisfactorily.
